I love the art-work better in manga than in anime. Wolfwood and Legato is awesome in Manga. But the fighting scene is kinda, well a drag if I must say. It's taken too long right? (better than over before you know it steven seagal kinda fight anyway)

Cool post, thanks for the extensive info. The Dirty Dozen Brass Band is the coolest marching band I've ever listened to. I was surprised when I found this footage of a studio session of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band which I have posted on my blog, feel free to visit.

Great post, I agree this is their best album, the energy is hot and the songs are brilliant.
Great horn arrangements for a small combo, and as a guitar player myself, I love the fact they use it in the rhythm section instead of piano.

I have never commented on a critique anywhere at anytime but yours is inspiring because the best we can ever hope for in creating music is to touch a listener with the feeling of the song. Yours essay expresses that connection. Thanks. Jim Armenti, Lonesome Brothers.

“His voice contained sincerity...It sounded innocent, but in a masculine way; strong yet sensitive at the same time."

Kudos for providing an excellent synopsis of an extremely underrated artist!
